A suburban neighborhood in Northern Virginia is resting a little easier today, after rival K9 gangs declared a truce. In this once-sleepy suburban enclave, K9 gang violence is at least temporarily abated. R-Dog, leader of the gang known as the Dalmatians, and PJ, leader of the gang known as the Beagles, attended the signing ceremony, to much fanfare. Here's to hoping that the truce is permanent.
